Business Development Executive (KSA & BAHRAIN)

  • Responsible for all sales activities and marketing the full range of company’s products and services in assigned regions and any additional responsibilities as assigned from time to time related to Business Development.
  • Manage quality and consistency of service services.
  • Prepare pre-plans and update CRM after each sales visit.
  • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
  • Prepare proposals based on the customer requirements
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
  • Identify and resolve client concerns.
  • Prepare a variety of sales reports
  • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate department Managers.
  • Liaise with customer services team to ensure we achieve customer’s satisfaction.
  • Liaise with credit control department and follow-up for collection of payment.
  • Participate in sales meetings, attend trade exhibitions in KSA
Requirements, DESIRABLE
  • Graduate Degree
  • Min 2 to 3 years Freight Forwarding sales experience
  • Training in Presentation Skills
  • Training in Sales (Closing, Negotiation)
TECHNICAL SKILLS & INDUSTRY KNOWLEDGE
  • Freight forwarding knowledge in Multi-modal Transportation, Geographical Knowledge.
  • Good Networking skills & Questioning techniques, Listening skills Time management
  • Sales, Negotiation, Freight Forwarding
INTERPERSONAL & BEHAVIORAL SKILLS
  • Highly interactive, Team Player, Optimistic and Assertive
  • Positive frame of mind & Discipline

Regional Sales Supervisor (KSA & BAHRAIN)

  • Build and manage the local sales team.
  • Provide leadership, manage and expand the company’s customer base.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales and business plans in coordination with KAM
  • Negotiate rates and build relationships with customer base.
  • Constant business development while achieving monthly and yearly team targets.
  • Prepare weekly consolidation reports.
  • Account maintenance and communication with overseas offices to ensure international and customer requirements are met.
  • Team player with a positive attitude, individual initiative and good communication skills is a must.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-8 years experience in sales/business development with at least 1-3 years in a sales leadership or senior sales role
  • Ocean Freight, Logistics, or Transportation industry experience required
  • Strong sales and client relations ability
  • Bachelor’s degree required
